The Palace Group received three prestigious 2012 National Media Awards for excellence in marketing and communications. The annual award competition program is open to all those involved in the production of materials for adults age 50 and over and winners were selected by a distinguished panel of experts in the field of senior marketing and communications from across the United States. The Palace earned 'Merit' awards in the Housing Division's “Direct Mail” and “Newspaper Advertising” categories for The Palace at Coral Gables.
The Palace at Coral Gables marked its 'topping out' on Mar. 16 with a traditional celebration for more than 300 construction workers involved on the project at 45 Andalusia Ave. Coastal Construction Company, the general contractor, is ahead of schedule on the ninestory luxury residential community and 535- space parking garage.
The Palace at Coral Gables recently received three “Silver” Awards in the 2012 Best of 50+ Housing Awards from The National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). The Palace received the awards in the “On the Boards - Best CCRC or Independent/Assisted Living” category and in the marketing category’s “Best Website” and “Best Print Advertisement.”
The award competition is presented by National Association of Home Builders’ 50+ Housing Council and is the premier architectural design and marketing competition geared to active adult and seniors housing industries. The Palace at Coral Gables was recognized by an the industry’s panel of judges that included builders, developers, architects, marketing experts and other respected industry professionals. The judges were impressed by the community’s “creative and tasteful renderings” and “sophisticated marketing”.

The National Association of Home Builders and the National Sales & Marketing Council presented The Palace at Coral Gables with two prestigious awards January 12, 2010 in Orlando.During the “Nationals,” the 30th annual award presentation which honors innovation, creativity and endurance of the best in sales and marketing, The Palace at Coral Gables received “Gold” for On-the-Boards Multi-Family. The community also received “Silver” in the On-the-Boards Community of the Year.
The Palace at Coral Gables was featured on Community Newspapers on its December 7-13, 2010 issue.
The Palace Group was honored by the National Active Retirement Association (NARA) for its newest community, The Palace at Coral Gables.
The Palace at Coral Gables received the “Gold” Award in the Best Proposed Active Adult/Retirement Community category. “Our judges were extremely impressed with our top winners in the retirement design/build category because of their focus on enriching the lifestyle of their residents,” said NARA Director Dan Owens.
The Palace at Coral Gables was featured in Golden Gables magazine on its November, 2010 issue.
"The Palace Group is opening an Information Center for the much anticipated Palace at Coral Gables, a senior residential apartment center with an assisted living facility. The Information Center is scheduled to open in January at 16 Miracle Mile. Coral Gables residents will have an exclusive opportunity to reserve an apartment for the initial 90 days after opening..."
