The Palace at Coral Gables is the latest in a number of high-end projects by The Palace Group, which is known as South Florida's leading organization specializing in services and care of active adults and seniors. Owned and operated by Helen and Jacob Shaham and their two sons, Zack and Haim, The Palace Group develops and manages a variety of senior living communities and services in South Florida and Israel, comprising 1,844 units with over 1,200 employees.

Founded in 1980, The Palace’s continuum of care & services includes Active Adult, Independent Living, Catered Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, CCRC's and Home Health Services. Palace Senior Living Communities are known for their beautiful décor, first-class services amenities and outstanding care.

The Palace At Coral Gables - Lobby An excellent team has been assembled to construct The Palace at Coral Gables. The architectural firm of Fullerton Diaz oversaw the design and implementation of the project. Located in Coral Gables, Fullerton Diaz has left an indelible mark on the skyline of “The City Beautiful”. Their work within the city includes the 901 Ponce de Leon Office Building, Gables on the Green, Gables Park Tower, The Minorca, Puerta de Palmas, 1607 Ponce de Leon, Merrick Village, the restoration of the historic La Palma Hotel, additions to Coral Gables Senior High School and the new Coral Gables War Memorial Youth Center. With such vast experience in the city, they were the perfect firm to create this beautiful addition to Coral Gables.

Interior Design was done by The Howard DeArmas Group, which has worked on projects in North and South America, Europe, and Asia, and has earned numerous awards. Recent projects include the Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and Naples, The Hotel George in Coral Gables, The Palace at Weston and The Palace Tel-Aviv in Israel. In addition, The Howard Design Group has worked with many well-known personalities on their residences, including Oprah Winfrey, basketball star Alonzo Mourning, and golf professional Raymond Floyd. Jeff Howard, the firm’s owner, personally oversaw every aspect of The Palace’s interior design and his vision was to create the most beautiful community possible.
